I downloaded the file from the link, but it is a 7Z file what do I do with this?   You can extract the client from the 7Z file with a program called peazip. You can download the program here: http://peazip.com/download/ The game gets part way loading after I log in and it gets stuck. What is the problem? This means the server has crashed. Please wait until the next server reset. If the issue persists for a long period file a ticket to notify staff of the problem. Patcher says "Can't find file"; what does this mean? The patcher is having issues connecting to the patch server. Please wait a few minutes and try to connect again. If the issue persists please file a support ticket.
