I was banned; how do I get assistance with this?


If you are unable to access our services it is possible you were banned for a violation of our terms of service or community guidelines. If you feel that this ban was done in error or want to dispute it for some reason please submit a support ticket to "Administration" on our support site. We do not provide support regarding bans or suspensions via phone, live chat, voice services or in-game. Decisions related to ban and suspension appeals are final. If you do feel that you still want to appeal a decision related to a suspension or ban please see our legal page and submit a letter via postal mail. WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS FORM OF APPEAL VIA FAX!
