When will I get a response?

Solution
We respond to tickets 24 hours a day. Phone calls and live chat requests are answered during the hours of 12 PM to 8 PM Pacific Time daily. Donation, account and administrative issues are handled from 2 PM to 8 PM seven days a week. We are not open on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. We ask that you do not message staff on their personal instant messaging accounts outside of business hours. If you do notice an urgent matter please email our technicians at notify (at) imagogame.org; support for these issues is always provided 24 hours a day. We provide support via ticket, phone and live chat in most cases. Please remember that we follow Pacific Time. (-8 GMT Standard/-7 GMT Summertime). Please note that this does not cover support for our game servers. Staff for these services work on an almost entirely volunteer basis as a result issues are handled in the order in which they come in based on availability of volunteers.
