When will I get a response?

Solution
Our Support team is around to assist within specific hours for specific issues. We hope to answer all requests within 24 - 48 hours regardless of method of communication. Certain issues are not handled through chat or phone. We are not open on Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Network outages and other urgent tickets are handled 24 hours a day. Staff availability on Discord may vary; please don't message staff individually on Discord, Steam or Skype.

Monday - Sunday 12 PM - 12 AM

Phone Support (Donation and Business Matters Only)
Monday - Friday 5 PM - 10 PM
Saturday - Sunday 12 PM - 10 PM

Financial/Business Tickets (Open cases may be handled on weekends by supervisors)
Monday - Friday 12 PM - 8 PM

These matters are only handled by our Business development staff. Please file a ticket for this issues. We will respond within 2 weekdays.
